Struggling to get pregnant 2nd time round
Hi I'm new here but to cut a long story short after 3/4 years of trying to conceive, numerous miscarriages, an ectopic pregnancy (right tube removed) and 5 failed IVF cycles, I became pregnant naturally in 2018 and gave birth by c section to my perfect rainbow baby in June 2019.
I'm now 40yrs old and my husband is 52, as I am an only child, and hated growing up alone, I am desperate for a sibling for our beautiful baby girl. We have been trying for the past 5 months and not a look in yet, I know it's still early following my surgery but I'm petrified I'll never get pregnant again. It's really starting to affect me, every month I start looking for the early signs, sore boobs, feeling bloated etc and pray I'll be late. Anyone been through similar? I'm truly thankful for my little treasure everyday which makes it harder as I feel I'm letting her down.
