Sore nipples, white and clear discharge and no period

Hello ladies, 
been doing tests from very early as me and my partner TTC I had a blood test done came back negative and have done tests that have come back negative.
i have left it and I’m now 14 days late on my period and also got a white discharge, sometimes it is clear and stringy (sorry tmi) my nipples started to feel sensitive and sore when touching today, and they are red with red dots around them. 
What’s your thoughts? x

    It’s most likely related to progesterone since tests are negative. Without tracking ovulation, there’s no way to know if you are truly late or just ovulated later

    Had a lot more of egg white discharge today that will string between fingers it’s so strange maybe I ovulated later than I thought..
