Missing period

My period is 8 days late . On the 8th day there was light pink and brown blood . I took a pregnancy test and it was a very faint plus sign 😩 should I worry ? Or my period

    You might have implantation bleeding its normal as long as you are pregnant. But I see faint line. All the luck

    Went to my appointment. Still negative but I still don’t have a period it’s 12 days late
