Please help..am I overthinking?

Been racking my brain trying to figure out what is going on with me. I have a doc. appt Tuesday to be safe...

My period always comes on 28-29th day like clockwork and is always really heavy and really painful.

This cycle on the 20th day I had intense nausea at the look of food and threw up.

Light bleeding began 21st day of cycle (a week early), but with much milder pretty much absent cramping. It was brown sometimes watery pink other times.

This has continued to 28th day of cycle. I gave also experienced breast pain (but sharp), lower appetite, very intense neck and shoulder pain.

A test with a faint positive line but I have no idea if it could be an evap or dye rush line.

My biggest concern is ectopic preg. But I don’t want to over analyze.

The blue dyes are known for bad evaps. Have you tested again to see if there is progression with the line?

TY for your response. I tested that this AM. I will prob test again in the morning with a red dye one.

Tested red dye and not pregnant. I read reviews on the blue dye test I used (cvs brand); it is a common issue. Stay away from those CVS brands.

ah so sorry, when was af due? could be you are having a longer cycle and ovulated later than normal

Thanks! AF is was actually due yesterday (28th day of my cycle) but I had really light bleeding on the 20th day which made me wonder about IB but I think it lasted too long.
