Confused and worried 😟

Hi everyone, hope you’re all staying safe and by God’s Grace we will get pass this horrible virus👏🏻 I’m 10 days late but negative pregnancy test, no tender boobs but get stomach cramps now and then. My stomach also feels hard and look really bulgy, I urinate frequently, feel bloated and passing gas a lot(maybe too much milk🙈) I feel nauseous all the time too but never vomit, is it possible to be 10days late and no pregnancy cos I’ve always had regular periods of normal flow for 3days tho last month seem to have stoped the 3rd day, I’m really worried pls advice, thank you all and stay safe🥰
