  I'm afraid the picture is too small for me to make anything out but if you see a line then I'd recommend waiting 2 days and retesting. 
  
  If you're pregnant then the line should be noticeably stronger in 2 days.

  Looks positive to me. But as others have said, I would reccomend taking another test in a couple of days time
