@sunflowers24 sorry to hear about your grandad, sending well wishes, I came of BC in November, withdrawal bleed and then nothing. I’m currently CD 179 🤦🏼♀️ I was fobbed off until 3 months then covid hit so fobbed off another 2 months....I’m a bit fed up with it all tbh, need thyroid and cut d bloods doing so will ring tomorrow. My body is so confusing, my breasts have been incredibly tender and sore, puffy and swollen for almost 2 weeks now! On off lower abdo pains and lots of cm....no idea what’s happening! Just fed up with the not knowing, almost giving up on periods...flipping nights and days too much to keep a track of temping so stopped that xx
@Mrst1119 I am so sorry to hear that. Which country do you live in? I’m in Australia, maybe my Dr might be a bit different, I’ll have to wait and see. I can understand why you’re feeling the way you’re feeling. I’m getting period symptoms and flaring up with acne galore and then it all of sudden goes away for a while and then comes back and keeps going on and on. I’m CD51 today. I’m going to ring my GP at CD60 as she has all my files of my Heath record, if i was to exaggerate, she’d catch me out straight away. I’ve decided I won’t be bbt testing or OPK testing until I have my period back and then I can record it correctly. My OH and I are also going to use condoms until this happens. I’m someone who needs to be able to plan and prepare things. I rather fall pregnant with my system healthy and on track than the fall pregnant and have no idea what CD I am or what’s going on. @cheesecoleslaw86 thank you for your kind words. It’s a horrible though of him going, but he is in his late 80s and he’s had a good life. We have to wait for the final scan to hear about the cancer, then we can deal with it there. My Grandfather is such a strong man and really looked after me when I was younger. Life without him just won’t be the same.
I think the whole TTC is just mind games galore. I also believe that being a woman isn’t too Honkey dory either, so much crap we have to put up with and do. Life isn’t as easy as we think. 🤣 Xx
Morning all. Hope you're all keeping well. As suspected my gp was as much use as a chocolate tea pot but I asked her to refer me to fertility clinic and she said she would today. I asked if they can prescribe progesterone and she said no it was clinic would be the ones to do that.
When I said about short lp she said some people just have a short one 🙄 I despair. If I hadn't had access to these forums and the loads of info regarding trying to conceive I would never have had the knowledge to push for this referral. So I am very thankful today for all the ladies who have helped me so far along the way 🙏
Oh at least she is referring you to someone more specialist @cheesecoleslaw86 ! Hope you don’t have to wait too long for input from them. Did she say how long you usually wait? X
I think the usual wait is 10 weeks but due to our good friend rona it'll be longer so I am going to go private and get initial tests done as I am very impatient lol

Well premom has marked me as 1DPO today (going by OPK’s and based on ovulating day after peak) and I’m more impatient than ever lol. This is going to be a long wait x

I have appointment at private clinic wed 10th june to get bloods, scan and DH's sample done and then on 18th a phone consultation with fertility consultant. So I am feeling more positive as I am sure he will take luteal phase more seriously 😊 xx

Monday or Tuesday, if I don't hear anthing back by Tues I have to ring them. hubby said could I imagine if blood test come back negative for pregnancy

I doubt I they will give me the job back once all this is over ... I mean I'll still have the job (hopefully) if they dont make me redundant. DH works at an army base his not in the army he is the manager if the gym, pool etc xx

I have worries of my company and OH's company, both still on furlough, too but I'm just trying to take it day by day right not. Hopefully they will keep you on as they will need staff their, I'm guessing they are planning for less staff as they will have less children back?xx

Yes took one yesterday and it was very strong.
Been demoted at work today, and they are looking to make people redundant by 1st july I'm so worried
over a year.
