Please tell me I am not getting crazy.

Hi Guys! Can you please tell me if I am being crazy. 2 cycles ago I got pregnant for the first time - miscarried on 1st day of 6th week. 16 days after I got positive ovu test. Got pregnant again. Miscarried in 5th week. That was 15 days ago- Flo is telling me I should be ovulating - tests says not a chance, breasts sensitive and for 2 days I had abdominal cramping? Is something wrong with me? Nhs is gonna start testing when I will have 3rd miscarriage ofc.
