Leg pains/cramps in TWW

Hi everyone, just looking for some advice. When I was a teenager I remember getting leg pains/cramps which felt like growing pains but never really thought much of it. Since coming off BC in January 2020 I’ve noticed that I get leg cramps/pains after Ovulation and they are particularly bad 1-2 days prior to AF arriving. It tends to be in both legs. Does anyone else experience this or does anyone have any ideas of the cause of this? Google has been less than helpful with this.
