Af or implantation?

Hey currently 18dpo, i was 4 days late and today thought af had come. When feeling my cervix i had a drop of blood, this happened twice and since then has not happened again. I only get a droplet when feeling my cervix and have nothing on my pad. Is this implantationor af, i have been told its more than likely pregnancy linked.
