I had my PMS in June 25th. About a week ago I started having nausea and just yesterday it is accompanied with headache, low back aches and hips aches. Who else experience this?

    Pms and early pregnancy symptoms are exactly the same. I’ve had new symptoms every single cycle and then af still showed her face so it is hard to distinguish between the two since only af or a bfp would tell you any different x

    Thank you for the responses. 
    I went for pelvic scan today and it was discovered I have small uterine fibroids (50.14mm in ant & uterine fundal wall intramural, subserous)
