Someone please help 😭 Mix of positive and negative tests

Ok so last week I got a positive ic. Definitely positive (picture 1) and then I got negatives for a few days. But all yesterday I has a really bad headache and sore muscles all around the tops of my legs, my bum and lower back... So this morning I tested again just incase. And there's a faint line! (picture 2) I don't know what to think now.

I would try a different brand and see if you get a line on it.

I don't have another brand right now. But I just done another test and it's still positive
