5 days late and 3 x BFN

Hi,
My and OH are TTC and I have very regular period's and never missed one. We unfortunately had a miscarriage in January and I was 12 weeks.
I am now 5 days late and done 3 tests and all BFN. I've also got lots of pregnancy symptoms too.
I'm so confused, I can't stop thinking about why I'm late and could I be pregnant. I'm also thinking is something serious wrong with me.
Has anyone had BFN then BFP?
When should I book drs appointment for blood test?
