Ovulation bleeding vs. implantation bleeding

Hello! Is there a way to tell a difference between ovulation bleeding and implantation bleeding? I’ve been using apps & tracking my Lh daily. I have been off the pill for 3 months and never had any spotting in my life. Today I had strong cramps and light pink spotting. Trying to figure out what it is... please help!
