Implantation or period?

I usually never get a period early at all but this month starting today I started bleeding not alot has covered the pantyliner. Its not a completely dark red its more of a bright red representing fresh blood but when I wipe it appears a light pink color. In addition there is not clotting just watery. The cramps are also very bearable compared to menstruation cramps. Any body knows some answers? Or what should I do?
