I feel like there is something wrong

So I’m new to the forum and kind of felt like I needed to vent to get this out of my system.
Me and my partner have been trying to conceive for the past 6 months, previously before this I was on no form of birth control for about a year, for the past 2 month I have been using ovulation tests to try and pinpoint the best time to try with absolutely no help at all, both months I have plenty of high fertility days but zero peak days.. which I don’t think is good? I seem to be having no luck and every month that my period comes the more and more I think that there is something wrong with me, I’m 28 years old and although I know this is still a young age I find it hard to deal with. Everyone around me is falling pregnant without even trying and here I am trying my hardest doing everything I possibly can with no success. Just need to speak to people who understand how I am feeling.

you could be having anovulatory cycle
plus your partners sperm can be off too
they can just start with testing your hormones
