Is this a positive test? (Very faint line)

Hi!
I gave birth almost 2 years ago and have been back on the pill since, but I did miss one two weeks ago (and had intercourse) and have been feeling lots of the pregnancy symptoms since. Nothing like my first pregnancy, but cramps, food aversions, mood swings, etc. I took this test 14 days after sex and this faint line came up... I will take another test in a week but in the meantime I am going crazy wondering if it’s positive or not! With my first I tested 3-4 weeks after and it was a clear positive, so this is new for me.

I probably would have considered it an evap line, but not likely if it showed up within the right time frame. Keep me updated if possible!

it showed up after about 2 minutes... test said to wait 3. It’s only been 3 days but I will test again tomorrow morning!
