Confused with results

I see two lines but I read it could be absorbing lines. Does this mean I’m pregnant? And if so when should I test again?

    It’s my 10th day after ovulation. So 5 days before my missed period. My breast have been tender. The last two days I’ve been tired all day. And I have lower back pains occasionally throughout the day. But I don’t want to confuse them with pms.
