Toothpaste Pregnancy Test Result???

Hi!
I have been having this one weird symptom I’ve ONLY felt once before in my life and it’s when I got pregnant with my first. My uterus feels heavy and “full”, I feel pressure when I get up or laugh, which I would usually be worried about but like I said I felt this before for a week or two and about 2 weeks after I found out I was pregnant... also had spotting for 2 days about 1 week ago.
Anyways, I don’t want to take a real pregnancy test right away as I feel it’s a bit early but I tried the toothpaste test and this is what the foam looked like after 3 minutes of waiting (it was lots of foam then went down to this after a while, but then stayed like this). Anyone knows if this is positive?
