Line check?

So on the photos you can’t see much but in person it was the faintest pink line that disappeared after a couple of hours which I’ve never had before.. (I’ve added an edited pic that’s slightly clearer)

I’m currently 9dpo and I’m having so many symptoms! Pain in nipples, extreme fatigue, nausea, twinges in uterus, feeling emotional but I’m unsure if this is due to having an ectopic 3 months ago and I’m just having extreme PMS symptoms? 

I’m waiting for my first response tests to come tomorrow so any thoughts etc in the meantime would be a huge help!

    It does look like something there hold out a few more days I was getting negative a couple of days before my af due then got positive on day I was late good luck
