4 faint positives digital says not pregnant don’t know what to think😔

4 faint positives digital says not pregnant but I don’t know if I’m just testing to early but I’m worried 6 days until period is supposed to arrive and around 10/11 dpo I believe any advice would be very much appreciated 💖
