Feeling nauseous after period

Hello everyone, I hope somebody can help me. I recently finished my period 3 days ago and today I experienced some nausea and had a headache. It is very unusual for me to feel like this after a period so I was wondering if someone could shed some light on why I am feeling like this and if this is normal.
