Bleeding and cramps at 6 weeks

I got a positive test on 25/2nd worked out I would be 6 weeks tomorrow I think.
I have had bleeding today it started as brown but has gone fresh red, it’s a little bit on the pad but bright and watery when I wipe.
I rang the EPU they said wait it out a few days.
I had a subchorionic heamatoma at 12 weeks with my last and I don’t remember having the cramps it’s those that are worrying me.
Just wondering if anyone’s had a similar experience with a successful pregnancy?
