OK.... so I’m trying not to overthink this but I CANT BLOODY HELP IT 🤣🤣🙈🥴
According to Flo with 18mths BBT and AF data - I’m CD22 today, 7dpo, AF would normally be due in 4/5 days....
According to Premom with only this cycle BBT data and AF data added for 6mths back (first month using app) I’m 13dpo with AF due tomorrow....
my cycle has been clockwork until last month when I was 5 days late.

Today my BBT dipped by 0.3 from being higher than normal for over a cycle. And I’ve had a show of blood 😕🤷🏼♀️
