Light pink period blood

Hey y’all, my period has been coming late for the past couple of months. I’ve taken pregnancy tests and they’re always negative. This month it was a week late and I have a light flow and light red/pink period blood and cramps. Usually when I get my period my breasts hurt and back but I have none of that this time, just light cramps. Could I possibly be pregnant this month?
