Positive blood negative urine after getting a positive urine

started having lower back pain at 7dpo.so it became unbearable, at 10dpo I took a blood pregnancy test which is positive. My period is 3days late
I keep on testing with hpt till negative till 12 dpo when I got a blazing positive around 4pm. At 13 dpo I got a negative hpt .today is 14dpo I keep on getting a negative urine test. Am so confused
