Am i pregnant??

Hello please help.. My last period was March 6 i was most fertil 19-22 i missed my period April 6 negative test i spotted pink April 23 but still negative test.. I decided to just wait and see if i got my period May well we are here May 13 still no period very nausous but May 9th still negative test what could it be???
