Deciding whether to take a test or not because of an odd symptom

Hello! I'm 35 years old and a mother of two. I had a tubal ligation back in 2007 so it's been over 10 years and is in good health. I've heard of stories of women getting pregnant years later after getting their tubes done without getting a reversal done. I've been having cramps off and on for over a week every day since around the time of my expected ovulation date. I've also been diagnosed with a sinus infection, with bad dizziness that lasted almost a week. But today (09/26/021) I've been having a burning like sensation below the navel across the abdomen that's been constant and annoying and can't go to sleep right now because of it. Has anyone else got a burning sensation like this before a missed period or a positive test? My period is supposed to start within the next couple or few days. What do y'all think? I really appreciate any nice answers given and thank you!
