TTC After coming of the pill high soft cervix for around 5-6 days now

I took my last pill on Dec 18th and was on the mini pill, have been actively trying since. Have some symptoms but not sure if it’s cause I really want to be pregnant or if I could actually be pregnant.

Don’t know when to test as no regular cycle to track. I did have some bleeding on 23-24 Dec very light which I assumed was a withdrawal bleed but could it of been an implantation bleed? Cervix is high and soft for around 5-6 days now. Could I be pregnant and just too early to show up on FRER? 🤞🏻🤞🏻
