Ubiquinol when breastfeeding OK?

Hi all, I am currently still breastfeeding my 9 month old baby but have started to reduce it a bit as we are thinking of ttc number 2 and my cycles haven't returned. I was planning to take ubiquinol to improve egg quality prior to beginning ttc but after having purchased (the not so cheap) ubiquinol I have read you can't take while breast feeding?

Anything I have looked at has said it is because there is no research on it and you would need advice from gp to take it. My gp is pretty clueless so just wondered if anyone had taken while breastfeeding or gotten advice from a medical professional on it?

Thanks for any input xx
