Implantation bleeding?

Hi, I got my IUD removed on the 13th of January and began trying to conceive straight away. I am so bloated, my boobs are very swollen, tender and being veiny. Since yesterday I have had extremely light spotting, only when I wipe and is not period blood. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and was negative but could be too early. Does this look like implantation bleeding? Any help would be appreciated ☺️
