TTC with high estrogen

I have been TTC for 2 years. My doc was reluctant to do a gyne referral even after my terrible AF and pain. Due to several miscarriages and constant anemia and low foliate he done the refferal. I had endo polyps so had surgery to remove polyps and take a biopsy of my lining. All was clear but I have high estrogen... so a few questions.

Is it really hard to still get pregnant?
Natural ways to lower estrogen as I really don't want birth control that was recommended?
I've started to track ovulation with test strips and an app so any advice there would be appreciated too.

I've been discharged from gyne they won't do any hormone tests so it's just a case of wait and see 🙄

As the polyps can grow back and other medical problems my aim was to get pregnant Soon as I would love one more.

It's been a stressful few years and Any advice at all would be appreciated.
