Trying to conceive, came off the pill and hoping to get pregnant. I lm starting to track my ovulation. Had my bleed 3 days after stopping the pill and still haven’t had.m a period… negative pregnancy tests and no feeling of coming on. Looking for advice and help on how to conceive. All new to me 😃

    It takes a few months for cycles to go back to normal when coming off the pill, in my experience.

     I Came off the depo injection last year, It took me 8 months to conceive.. and in that 8 months is when my cycles started to regulate again x
