Implantation Bleeding TMI

I started to bleed on the 9th.  very light with mild cramping and not usually like a heavy period… my partner is convinced it’s a period but Im not. Today, I’ve hardly bled at all, no cramps and whatever comes out is pinkybrown (rusty colour). 

The picture is from the first day and today there’s hardly been anything at all. Also, on the day of “period” I had to run to the toilet to be sick.. I’ve been feeling pretty nauseous days leading up to this and after. 

Please can someone help me, I’m praying that I’m pregnant.
