PCOS/Gastric Sleeve fertility issues

We’ve been trying to conceive naturally for 4 years without any luck. I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 years ago and really tried my hardest to loose weight. I ended up having a gastric sleeve last year and have lost 5.5 stone and my periods are now regular for the first time since stopping the pill. Looking for tips and advice on where to go next… I have been using the app flo to track my cycles. Thanks in advance 🤍
