Irregular period ttc..maybe pregnant??

Hi everyone..
The last period I had was July 14th 2023. My periods are known to skip a month every blue moon but with my other two children I also skipped a month and ended up pregnant. I'm currently 30 years old and it's been 7 years since I've had a child but I've been having unprotected sex now for about 6 months. I took a testing said negative but today I felt a sharp pain on my lowered left abdomen and I also felt dizzy yesterday. I think maybe I tested to early. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
