Confused but maybe nothing??? ttc no.2

Hi, so i came off the pill a bit ago and had my unreal period that finished maybe 4days ago, this maybe nothing but i have been gettin a bit of stomach cramp just underneath my stomach if that makes sense as in where you get period pain xcept they do not feel like period pain any have any ideas im confused???
