Twins plus toddler

Hi, We've just been for our 12 week scan to discover I'm expecting identical twins! We already have a 15 month old lg & I'm really starting to stress about how I'm going to cope with 3 under 3s. My lo doesn't even walk yet so I'm definitely going to need a buggy for 3, I can't imagine being able to get 3 car seats in the back of my golf so am I going to need to upgrade to a people carrier? Child care costs for 3 when I go back to work?! Argh how do people cope?? If anyone has any advice I'd be so grateful x
