Odds of a singleton after non ID twins? Is MS worse with 2?

Hi! So I've googled this for the actual facts but to no avail. What are the chances of more twins? I had two singles,followed by non ID twin boys. I'm now 7 weeks pregnant and terrified it'll be twins again. What's the odds? I've had no sickness and hardly any symptoms at all so I'm hopeful that my hormone level isn't double 😂  My children are now 13,10 7&7 so I don't remember too much at all about how I felt before!
