Creative ways to make mealtimes fun! :)
I like to get creative with my LOs meals, as much as I can, as they really enjoy it, and so do I!
The other day my LOs had been talking and singing about spiders all day, So I decided to carry on the theme by turning dinner into spiders too, just using the ingredients I was planning to use for the evening! It may be a good idea for Halloween!
The Mummy spider has sweet potato, cheese and carrot mash for her body, cheese fangs and carrot/caper eyes with sugarsnap pea legs! The baby spiders have half a pork meatball for a body, strips of sugar snap peas for legs, and carrot eyes (I also hid a baby spider inside the mummy!).
My LOs loved it and ate every last bit!

That is fantastic!! With halloween just around the corner I'm going to also have a go at making some spooky fun food. I will post the photos for you, not sure it will be as good as these spiders though!!
