I started to wean my 8 mnth boy. I wanted to add fish to his diet. But I'm not sure if I can freeze the fish once I've cooked it and mashed it. Could some one help
Yes, you can freeze fish - try and give salmon - i used to use an Annabel Karmel salmon and tomatoe recipe my girly loved.
