Help with weaning?
Hi,
My son is 6.5months old and has been having vegetable / fruit puree for 3 weeks now but not really sure where to go from here...his current routine is:
630/7 Wakes and has 7oz bottle
9/930 - Baby Rice (made with his usual milk) mixed with a puree
11ish 7oz Bottle
130pm - Puree
3pm - 7oz bottle
7pm - 7oz bottle
10pm - 7oz bottle (he had dropped this for a few week but teething seems to have taken him back to wanting this last bottle)
I have tried introducing wafers but he has no interest in putting them in his mouth.
Should I be reducing his bottles now in favour of bigger meals?
Any tips on where to go from here much appreciated.

My little boy is 9months old Sunday!
our routine is:
6am - 9oz bottle
9am - Cereal
12pm - 9oz bottle
2:30pm - fruit / rice cakes / jam sandwich / small omelette
5:30pm pureé meal & yoghurt / fruit for afters
7pm - 9oz bottle
I also have packs of the healthy snacks you can get in boots/Asda etc and have started to give morgan a little taste of them between 12 & 5 too☺️
...I'm always questioning whether I'm doing this weaning business right but it seems to work for us 🙂 I do wish I done baby led weaning though from the beginning! Xx
