  • Hi, I struggle sometimes with meals Too. I follow a baby led weening page on instagram which give some fab ideas!

the tip Is to keep trying with foods they are not keen on, their taste buds change all the time so one day they might not like it and in a few weeks they might.

for breakfast my little one has

wheetabix, and a yogurt (or half a banana) or scrambled egg, beans, some sausage or toast

snacks, tomato, banana, carrot stick crisps sometime treat with chocolate

lunch, varies,I struggle a lot because I Dont really eat lunch myself

caiflower cheese, veg, pasta, fish fingers, mash

tea- usually what we have as a family, pasta bake, baby sized cooked dinner, spag Bol, i always try to add tomatoes, cucumber veg etc to her own bowl of spag bol, pasta bake too

    • Breast milk or formula, PLUS.
    • Pureed or strained fruits (banana, pears, applesauce, peaches, avocado)
    • Pureed or strained vegetables (well-cooked carrots, squash, sweet potato)
    • Pureed tofu.
    • Small amounts of unsweetened yogurt.
