is it possible to cook a large portion of pasta and store it to re heat in the microwave over the next 48 hours? if so, what is the best way to store it? im sick of boiling small amounts twice everyday!

Hi i think you leave it to cool then put it in a container in the fridge (tupperware sort) then reheat it thro when you want to use it. Thats what i do, just rice you can't reheat x

I'm not sure that you can keep it that long.
Nope just checked.
I have the Annabel Karmel Animal pasta shapes and it says that any unused pasta should be cooled quickly and stored in the fridge and used within 12 hours

I eat mine the next day too, but not sure I would give it to a baby, just to be safe
