That subject just gets to me. I think that the only guideline there should be is DON'T DRINK AT ALL WHEN YOU'RE PREGNANT!!! If a woman can't stop herself from having an alcoholic drink when she's carrying precious little angel under her heart by all means she shouldn't be a mother! I gave up both alcohol and ciggarets the minute I found out I was pregnant and didn't drink or smoke for the first 6 months of my son's life when he was breastfed and to be honest I'd do much more than that to make sure he's safe and healthy!
