i have looked into spanx for men but i have bought my husband the larger size spanx long legged panty girdle in black for women these work really well my husband was reluctant at first but has got so used to them he wears them all the time they really pull in his belly and he finds that wearing them all day are as comfortable as his normal underwear I am thinking of getting him the full body one and as long as you measure him correctly it will fit superbly and they do not look too feminine , he also eats less becaause of the holding in power of the lycra so it is a win win situation all round
