Having a 2 yr old, and a fairly short temper when its comes to adults attitudes to children locally, I have full sympathy for Alan. It is really difficult not to lash out when someone hurts your child. Especially when they are old enough to know a lot better- I bet his children already know its wrong to push people over at their age let alone a fully grown adult
