mild P.C.O.S??
Hello ladies, i have just been diagnosed with mild P.C.O.S after a scan today (still need it 100% confirmed but the sonographer said she was very sure i have it).
She said i have between 15-20 eggs on each side, when the normal amount is 3-9.
Does anyone else have mild pcos xx

I never had the scas though as by the time they diagnosed me, I had fallen pregnant naturally, so I just left it. I have noticed my symptoms have become so much better since have DS. There is light at the end of the PCOS tunnel, I promise
I found exercise helped me, as well as watching what I eat. I opt for wholemeal/wholegrain and try to avoid caffine. Its all worth a try. Have you been told what the plan of action is?
no plan of action yet, am seeing our consultant on 10th november so am hoping for a plan of action!
