Diet for PCOS

Hi!I've been diagnosed with a PCOS at 13.Since my daughter birth (through IVF) me and my husband have been trying for another baby, with no luck. Our GP is useless, we're not getting any help from him. Does anyone know if there is any special diet for the PCOS that can increase our chances of getting pregnant naturally?!I will be grateful for any respose.Thank you

A low G.I diet and agnus castus herbal supplements wil do wonders - it got me pregnant and I too have PCOS, had been trying for 2 years and on my second month of the diet and pills I finally fell.

    Good luck chick

Thanks hun, we were told to give it a go by the GP and were then referred to fertility clinic who said we should try it while they were testing hubby's sperm and my bloods - I never went back for a second appointment so never had any 'treatment'.  The Dummies guide to managing PCOS is brilliant and full of recipes.
