Confused

I started bleeding on the Sunday 5 th but it was only for 4 hours in the evening it was light pink and very light then stoped till the next day Monday the 6th and I started bleeding again for only 4 hours same on the Tuesday. Did a test on the Thursday came back as a negative did I test to early ? But since the bleed I have been getting strange feelings in my lower stomach like I'm going to start my period and I've been feeling rather sick and very tired what does every think to this as need advice !!!!
